It's incredibly insightful to see how animals in the wild instinctively go for the organs and the bone marrow first — leaving the muscle meats for the birds. Even then, birds will be caught taking marrow bones high into the sky and dropping them onto the rocks in order to gain access to the inside.

Customers Concerned About Our Grass Fed & Organic Sourcing in New Zealand
The hard question for a brand like this is “how do I know the cattle are raised the way you say?” The brand answered it on its blog in 2017. Danilo
Documentation rarely exists, and often when it does it's misleading. So the brand goes to see it with its own eyes: it knows its cattle ranchers and their names, and walks on the same pastures that the animals are raised on.
A far second would be a certificate of analysis (COA). The remote, pristine region of New Zealand is a place where the expertise of the cattle ranchers has been handed down for generations.
Understanding that not everyone can access high-quality beef organs, Ancestral Supplements sought out the most pristine grass fed cattle found only in New Zealand and Australia. We developed a freeze-dried and encapsulated version of these beef organs.
